Today, a dairy farm of “Kyzylzhar Sut” LLP has been launched in North Kazakhstan region.
This year, the regional administration set itself the task of starting the construction of 10 dairy farms. In fact, they began to build 11 farms. Of those, 5 dairy complexes have already been opened.
On a smart and digital farm, processes are automated, thereby increasing labor productivity. The volume of investments amounted to 3.3 billion tenge. 35 North Kazakhstan citizens are provided with year-round permanent work.
“This farm will produce 3.6 thousand tons of milk per year. Now, the medical rate of milk consumption in our country per one citizen of Kazakhstan is 340 liters per year. That is, only one farm, producing 3.6 thousand tons, provides milk to more than 10 thousand people a year,” — the akim of the North Kazakhstan region Kumar Aksakalov said.
Construction of 10 more farms will begin in 2021. Funds are provided for these projects in the 2021 budget. In general, the launch of 21 farms will allow producing more than 51 thousand tons of milk annually and employing 500 rural residents.
Projects of beef cattle breeding are also being implemented in the region. This year, a farm for 1,000 heads is being commissioned. The construction of two feed yards for 13 thousand heads continues.
