The project is aimed at ensuring safety, convenience and automation of processes in the schools of Petropavlovsk.

The main components of the project — the access monitoring and control system (hereinafter — AMCS), the E-Canteen, with the possibility of electronic payment in the school canteen of the city, E-library, CCTV monitoring, conference room, LED panels, information kiosks, voice alarm system.

The module «Access Monitoring and Control System» allows to increase the safety level of the school. Faregates integrated with the Smart School System are being installed in schools. Now students will be able to go only after putting the card to the faregate. In this case, parents can see the time of entry and exit in their personal account on the site and in the mobile application, as well as receive push notifications and sms-notifications when these services are connected.

The module «Electronic Library» allows to systematize the information on the educational and fiction literature available in the library’s fund in an electronic form. Also, it helps to keep a record of books issued to students.
